Hotel Albatros - Zermatt

The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of local cheeses, fresh fruit, and delicious oat milk options for those with dietary restrictions.

The jacuzzi in our room had a quirky issue, unexpectedly turning on and off, which puzzled us until we figured out how to adjust the intensity.

Decent base for 3 nights. Good hot and lovely breakfast with quality products, terrific service.

Everything was wonderful, so were good views on the mountains. The staff was kind and the room was luxurious and extremely spacious. The breakfasts were nice hot and gorgeous, always with variety of meals. It was in a decent area, walk from a train station. The service was fantastic, that made the hotel charming place. I truly enjoyed the stay here.

Spacious room, cozy lounge, and the friendly staff were really good and made our stay enjoyable, while the hotel provided excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi and convenient luggage storage.

excellent wellness facilities, good breakfast, comfortable bed

This was our favorite hotel during our 2 week trip to Switzerland. The owners couldn't be nicer and the hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was delicious and there were nice small touches like bathrobes and slippers. Everything was classy yet you still felt that you were in a mountain hotel.

exceptionally comfortable bed, reasonably spacious bathroom and central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television in the room. particularly good location, 4-6 minutes walking distance from walk of climb, enjoyed this place.

The spacious room provided fine views of the Matterhorn, and the breakfast included an excellent selection of fresh and delicious options like local cheeses and pastries. The cozy lounge area with an open fire was a lovely touch.

Shared balcony noise issues!!! Lack of air conditioning made summer evenings uncomfortable!!! Inconsistent jacuzzi functionality left us frustrated !!! Reception hours led to inconvenient wait times during checkout!!!

we felt the room rate is high the location is far from main train station and from zermatt town most of the time there was nobody at the reception desk but when ever we found them, we found them very helpful and friendly the price we felt is a bit high no tea kettle

The hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff was fantastic and room very inviting. Tub was big enough for bubble bath for two :). They were very helpful in directing us to the mountains and options. They change money and the buffet in the morning was outstanding. We would go back.

great location , but needs improved amenities

The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The easy access to the train station made our travel plans seamless. The shared balcony offered amazing mountain views.

The shared balcony was a bit noisy at times, making it hard to fully enjoy the peace.
